Playing in the Sand

Last Saturday, Mommy and Daddy brought me again to the plublic spielplatz (playground). Armed with my pails, shovels and shape moulds, off we went to the park. Imagine my delight when Mommy and I started digging in the sand and filling the pails and moulds and then creating various sand shapes with them! It was so much fun!

And because it was getting late, and cold too, Mommy and Daddy had to drag me back to the car. I was crying when we had to go because I wasn't done playing yet. Huhu!

Mommy promised that we will go back though... Oh well, I will just have to wait for next week.

Picture Perfect!

I just love it when Mommy takes my photo. I would strike a pose with my head tilted to one side each time she aims the camera at me and says "SMILE!" I just love that word, "smile". If I want my photo taken, I would hand her our old but reliable digital camera Ixy and say "smile".

Lately, I love to have my pictures taken with my Daddy. I just love how our photos turned out!

Happy Colors

It's snowing again today! It's quite a strong one since it still hasn't stopped... Snow in March? We even learned that it was also snowing a few days ago in Japan. Hmmm... What is happening?

Since I can't have fun outdoors, I made the most of my time spent indoors by playing with my colorful balloons, which were left overs from my birthday. It was just so much fun! And they were very colorful too!

I Love Bubbles!

I love bubbles! Blame it on Barney and the many songs of bubbles that I hear on TV and my children's songs. I had a blast on my birthday watching bubbles and playing with them. Thanks to Kuya Mark who was so diligent in blowing bubbles for me. I just squeal with delight each time I see a bubble, feel them burst as they land on my hands and hear them make soft popping sounds as they land on the floor. My guests would giggle with me too, especially when they hear me shout "bubbles! bubbles!" pronounced as "bah-buhlls!" as if it were the most wonderful thing there is.. But I guess for a toddler, it is the most wonderful thing there is!

Kuya Mark, my hero of the day. He brought out lots of shrieks of laughter from me!

Thanks for The Greetings!

I really had a blast on my birthday yesterday. All of my girl friends came, including Kate from Ulm City. My Uncle-Lolos, Auntie-Lolas and Aunties and Ates and Kuyas came too, making my celebration really special. Although my real grandparents and aunties and uncles and cousins and godparents were not with me to celebrate my birthday with me, I know they also celebrated with me in spirit!
