Toy Hunt: Disney Character Toy

This week's Theme for TOY HUNT is ANY DISNEY CHARACTER TOY. I haven't got much toys yet so please bear with me. Here's a few Disney toys that I can find in my little basket and then some of Kuya Miggy's when we visited the Philippines:

Playing with Kuya Miggy's Red Car: Lightning McQueen.

Chip and Dale... and their little tree house in Tokyo Disneyland.

Two Stiches! You bet! He is my Mommy's favorite!

Inside a giant toyhouse with the giant telly...
Me and Daddy inside Mickey's House.
Look, the telly shrank and is now in Kuya Miggy's hands! Hihihi!

Playing Doll? With Princess Belle of Beauty and the Beast.
Someday, I will grow and I can play with her by then.
For now, I will just ignore her and sleep.

Feeling Girly Girl

Last Sunday at church, Mommy had me wear Mommytita Ebbz' birthday gift. Remember the Gingersnaps gray blouse and skirt that I told you about? It's a good thing that the waistline was elastic and adjustible, they look just right on me. Mommy and Daddy were so delighted to see me modelling it for them. Hehehe! I hope Mommytita Ebbz can read this post.

Feeling girly girl in my bubble skirt, tights and doll shoes. :D

Of Gifts, Presents and Presence

I had a blast on my 1st birthday and baptismal celebration. I am very happy to be showered with lots of love, hugs and kisses, and gifts from my Mommy and Daddy, godparents, aunts and uncles, grandparents, and of course, cousins! And I am thankful for all the wonderful material presents that my guests gave me. THANK YOU all especially to my godparents for the wonderful dresses and to Kuya Miggy for the educational toys.

Too eager to open my gifts! Hehehe!

Hmmm... I wonder what's inside this box?
It's a blouse and skirt from my Mommytita Ebbz. Thanks po Ninang!

I love Mickey Mouse gift bags! Does a mouse come with it too?

Look! I got a cute little Precious Moments bag from Ninong Raymond! Thanks po!

A very interesting and funny book from my Ninang Judai.
It makes a silly noise each time you turn the page. Hihihi!

What's inside this small bag? It was an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-yellow-polka-dot-bikini!

Officially One

I officially turned ONE last February 28th. I celebrated my first year in my parents' hometown in Davao City. I know this post is long overdue and I am sorry to everyone for not updating regularly. I have been sick when we got back here from the Philippines because of the heat and I guess my little body just couldn't take it anymore. Good thing though that my cough and colds came the day before our flight back here in Japan or else, we would have spent our vacation to the Philippines in the hospital or in bed. Anyway, below are some photos during my birthday party. Hope you enjoy them!

Making a wish and blowing my cake? Nah... Mommy did it all. LOL!

My birthday cake was a two-layer chocolate and pandan cake
courtesy of my Mommytita Rose. Mommy said it was yum!

My Winnie the Pooh and Friends tarpaulin designed by Tita Kudz.

My Daddy singing... errr... delivery a message for my birthday. :D

More Lolas at the buffet table. I hope they liked the food.
The spaghetti and the fried chicken were the first to go.

My Mama Baby, Kuya Miggy and me. We do have similarities don't we?

With my Lolo Tatay and Lola Nanay.

A New Beginning

I am now officially a member of God's Catholic family! Yey! I received the Sacrament of Baptism last March 1st, 2009 at the church where my Mommy and Daddy were baptized, confirmed and married. Isn't it cool?

With my very proud Daddy!

Annointing with the special oil.

This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine...

Family picture with the Officiating priest... Too bad I didn't catch Father's name.

March 1, 2009 is my bornday as a Christian. It will be easy to remember since it comes right after my biological bornday. And it will always be remembered and celebrated together with my biological birthday because it marks the day of my Christianhood. Oh yes, I am now a Christian and proud of it! A new beginning indeed!

Meet My Kuya Miggy

I finally got to meet my cousin, Kuya Miggy, my Mommytita Farrah's son, when we visited the Philippines in the last two weeks. I was really happy to meet him because I finally have somebody to play with, aside from Mommy and Daddy. It really is different to have playmates... it makes the toys and the play more fun and exciting! And Kuya Miggy has lots of toys too.. He even gave me some of his toys to bring back with me. It was very kind and sweet of him. Here are some of the photos that we have together.... So, do we have similarities or not? Please let me know what you think.

Happy! Playing with Kuya Miggy and Kuya Cheekoi
the night we arrived Davao.

Driving buddies. Let's go for a drive!

In the mood. Kuya Miggy, our toy, and me.

We're on top of the world! We just love to ride
on our Daddy's shoulders. Who doesn't?
